The Shelby Academy will close for 2 weeks during the summer and 2 weeks at Christmas. Fees are not due for these 4 weeks. If holidays are taken outside of these weeks, fees will be due. See the notice board for dates of closure.

·        Until we receive written confirmation to cancel a lesson place permanently, all lessons will be charged for.

·        A 5% reduction will be given to those who pay fees in cash, 4 weeks in advance only. If paying 1 week in arrears, this must be charged at full price before an additional 4 weeks at reduced rate.

Notes are given out to students, but to make sure information makes it home, the notice board must be read each week as all information is posted here. If in any doubt, please speak to the principal at an appropriate time. (Any time am – pm other than actual lesson time.) You may phone or call in for this.

·        As the

shelby Academy offer all subjects, we will not accept any student who attends another Dance / Performing Arts Academy as this is a conflict of interest.

·        If student’s behaviour is found to be unsatisfactory, they will be asked to leave. This will either be for the lesson concerned or, if extremely bad, told not to return. We have a reputation here at Shelby which we wish to sustain.
